THE ASHTAVINAYAK BUDDHAS PEOPLE - ABP Is an organization inspired by the teachings of Lord Buddha. At the same time, it draws moral strength from the ideals set forth by Dr B R Ambedkar who revived Buddhism in India. ABP aspires to dispel the prevailing wrong notions in the society by inculcating and nourishing the Buddhist culture through educational initiatives and workshops. Buddhist culture in India has a glorious past. However, glorious past is not a guarantee of the splendid future. Buddhists in India will have to understand the phenomenon of revolution and counter revolution and its aftermath. It has a direct bearing on the present situation.
